Welcome to the N. Mahi Film Production OTT App (“App”), owned and operated by N. Mahi Film Production (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. We may modify these Terms at any time, and changes will be effective upon posting on the App. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Services Provided
The App provides streaming services, including access to movies, TV shows, web series, and other audiovisual content (“Content”) for personal, non-commercial use. Content availability may vary by region and is subject to change without notice.
3. Subscription and Payment
- Subscription Plans: Access to certain Content requires a paid subscription. Plans and pricing are detailed on the App and may be modified with notice as required by law.
- Payment: You agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed through third-party providers, and you must provide accurate payment information.
- No Refund Policy: All subscription fees and charges are non-refundable, except where required by law. No refunds or credits will be issued for dissatisfaction, technical issues, or cancellation before the billing cycle ends.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancel via account settings; no refunds for the current period.
4. No Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Payments: All payments for subscriptions or services are final and non-refundable, including for partial periods or unused subscriptions.
- Exceptions: Refunds will only be issued if required by applicable law in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
- Technical Issues: No refunds for technical difficulties unless caused by our platform’s failure.
5. User Account and Responsibilities
- Account Creation: You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for securing your credentials and all account activities.
- Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to share credentials, use the App unlawfully, access or distribute Content without permission, or interfere with the App’s functionality.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violations without notice or refund.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All Content is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright laws.
- License: You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view Content for personal use, subject to these Terms.
- Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify Content without our consent.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at our discretion for any reason, including violations. No refunds will be provided upon termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Content.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and Content are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. You waive any right to class action lawsuits.
